Clinic Efficacy Research Of Chaihu Shugan San To Treat Cough Variant Asthma Of Liver Stagnation Syndrome

Research Objective:To Observe the efficacy and safety evaluation of using chaihushugansan to treat cough variant asthma of Liver Stagnation SyndromeResearch Methods:In this trial,we enrolled 40cases with bronchial asthma (Liver Stagnation Syndrome).All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20cases each.Both group were given SYMBICORT TU RBUHALER(160/4.5ug)and Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets as a basic treatment,the observation group was treated plus with chaihushugansan.2 weeks was one course of treatment。Records Observation indexes and curative effect. In before treatment, and after treatment We Compared and analyzed the change of the cough variant asthma control level, Pulmonary function (PD20-FEV1、FEV1、PEF),IgE, EOS,cough score,LCQ score, TCM syndrome integral effective rate, All the date was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1、Comparison of the degree of airway hyper responsiveness (PD20-FEV1):two groups before and after treatment the degree of airway hyper responsiveness were statistically different; after treatment between the two groups had no significant difference;2、Comparison of Pulmonary function FEV1:two groups before and after treatment the degree of FEV1 had no significant difference, after treatment between the two groups had no significant difference.3、Comparison of Pulmonary function PEF:two groups before and after treatment the degree of PEF had no significant difference, after treatment between the two groups had no significant difference.4、Comparison of IgE:two groups before and after treatment IgE were statistically different; but the observation group had a better curative effect.5、Comparison of EOS:two groups before and after treatment EOS were statistically different,after treatment between the two groups had no significant difference.6、Comparison of cough score:two groups before and after treatment cough score were statistically different; but the observation group had a better curative effect.7、Comparison of LCQ:two groups before and after treatment LCQ were statistically different; but the observation group had a better curative effect.8、Comparison of the TCM syndrome integral:two groups before and after treatment TCM syndrome integral were statistically different; but the observation group had a better curative effect.9、Comparison of total effective rate according to TCM syndrome integral:85.0% observation group, and 60% for control group respectively,but the observation group had a better curative effect.10、The safety evaluation were both 2.Conclusion:chaihushugansan Combined western medicine can Lower IgE, improve the LCQ score、the cough score and the TCM syndrome integral.
