| Objective Through the observation of Yixin Tongmai Decoction Combin-ed with small dose of dual antiplatelet regimen for clinical ra-ndomized controlled study of 1 years of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm syndrome patients after co-ronary stenting, to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yixin Tongmai Decoction Combined with small dose of dual antiplatelet medication regimen.Methods Department of cardiovascular choice in our hospital uring 2013-2014 coronary heart diseaseand coronary stent implantation in hospital after a total of 104 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group (Western medicine standard dual antiplatel-ettreatment group, Yixin Tongmai Decoction Combined with small dose of 52 cases) and normal control group (Western medicine Standard-ized treatment group,52 cases), treatment for 1 years. Observa-tion on before treatment, after 1 years of in stent restenosis (In-stentrestenosis, ISR) incidence, MACE events (including death, non fatal acute myocardial infarction, revascularization surgery, recurrence of angina), and before treatment, after first weeks of treatment, in January, March, June,1 years single symptom, TCM Syndrome of TCM syndrome scale changes, at the same time on adverse reactions (including allergic reaction, gastrointestinal adverse reaction) were observed.Results1. Effectiveness assessments:a、In the clinical study of a total of 104 cases, of which a total of 104 patients completed theclinical trial, the results showed:the rate of restenosis assessment of efficacy,52 cases of experimental group, restenosis rate was 5.77%,52 cases in the control group, restenosis rate was 7.70%, the difference between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The test group MACE event rate was 15.38%, the conventional control group the MACE eventrate of 21.15%, P>0.05, the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance.b、According to the evaluation of TCM syndrome curative effect stan-dard, test group total effectiveness 84.62%, normal control group, The total efficiency of 50%, with a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). For chest pain or chest tightness, complexion dark purple symptoms, no significant difference (P=0.148>0.05); the palpitation shortness of breathor breath, body fat, body tired asthenia phlegm, God trapped heavy wait for a symptom, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Safety assessments:Before and after the test group and the control group of patients with conventional treatment of general physical examination, laboratory examination showed no obvious abn-ormality. Two groups of fecal occult blood test results:experimental group fecal occult blood positive rate was 9.62%, the conventional control group fecal occult blood positive rate was 36.54%, P<0.01, the two groups had significant difference, the difference has statistical significance. Two groups all do not have enteron massive haemorrhage occurred. For the safety of 12.Results show that the test groups (Yixin Tongmai Decoction) has good safety.3. Conclusion Yixin Tongmai Decoction Combined with small dose of dual antiplatelet regimen for patients after coronary stenting MACE events, the rate of in stent restenosis compared with dual antiplatelet regimen is not sufficient differences, but Yixin Tongmai Decoction Combined withsmall dose of dual antiplatelet drugs scheme for CHD (chest pain) coronary stent implantaTio-nafter the patient’s symptoms improved significantly, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce greatly because of digestive tract of anti platelet drug adverse reactions caused byparticular event Hemorrhage of digestive tract. Yixin Tongmai Decoction Combined with small dose of dual antiplatelet regimen in the treatment of patien-Ts after coronary stenting in clinicwith good efficacy and safety. |
