| Objective:To observe the clinical impacts of ZhenWu decoction on senile chronic heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism with heart and kidney Yang deficiency. Indicating its effectiveness, safety and possible mechanism of action. For clinical treatment of such patients provide a certain amount of dialectical thinking and treatment method.Methods:60 cases selected cases, from April 2015 to February 2015, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine during the period of the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular subject outpatient and hospitalized patients. And the company confirmed senile chronic heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism with heart and kidney Yang deficiency. According to random number table, randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Two groups were given conventional western medicine therapy on the basis of. Control group given western medicine foundation treatment, the treatment group on foundation treatment of western medicine combined with flavored Wu Shang, drug treatment for 28 days. Observed two groups of cases before and after the treatment of heart failure effect of Lee’s integral heart failure, heart function grading, TCM symptoms integral,6 minutes walking distance, thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4), heart colour to exceed (LVEF).Results:Lee score before and after treatment curative effect analysis of heart failure, heart failure points and curative effect of treatment group were superior to control group, with significant difference statistically significant (P<0.001); Efficacy analysis of cardiac function grading before and after treatment, the treatment group cardiac function classification curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Efficacy analysis of TCM symptom score before and after treatment, the treatment group of Chinese medicine symptom integral effect is better than the control group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); Efficacy analysis of thyroid hormones before and after treatment, the treatment group of thyroid hormone curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Curative effect analysis of cardiac ultrasound before and after the treatment, the treatment group echocardiographic curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); 6 minutes walking distance of curative effect analysis before and after the treatment, the treatment group 6 minutes walking distance of the curative effect is better than that of control group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Use ZhenWu decoction to treat senile patients of chronic heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism with heart and kidney Yang deficiency show curative effect significance, reliable, stable, and no obvious side effects during treatments.2. ZhenWu decoction can improve cardiac functions of senile patients of chronic heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism with heart and kidney Yang deficiency and regulate the thyroid hormone metabolism disorders. |
