[Objeetive]To discuss the influence of Adenoid Hyperplasia on children’s growth and bone growth by the determinations and analysis of serum osteocalcin level and Growth hormone,including height,weight and other indicators.[Methods]1 、Group of children with adenoid hypertrophy and normal control group were selected from September 2013 to September 2014, the two maternal and child health hospital, outpatient department of Pediatrics, screening for adenoid hypertrophy children,The Chittagong hospital diagnosed adenoid hypertrophy selected 26cases(male 13 cases, 13 cases of female) of adenoid hypertrophy in more than six months and adenoid hypertrophy third degree and above the children as a group of children.Another two maternal and child health hospital outpatient department of Pediatrics examination without children with adenoidal hypertrophy in 26 cases(male 13 cases, female 13 cases) as normal control group,Statistically, there were no significant differences between the two groups in gender composition, age distribution.2、Diagnosis standard of Adenoid Hyperplasia in childrenDiagnostic criteria according to the standard of electronic nose endoscopy diagnosis, Once the blocked,Adenoidectomy occupy nasopharyngeal top,Block area is < 25%,Choanal unobstructed; Ⅱ degree of obstruction,Adenoidectomy occupy nasopharyngeal top half, Block area of < 50%; Ⅲ degree of obstruction, Nostrils after adenoidectomy blocking part and eustachian tube swallow mouth, After nostril unobstructed, Block area of < 75%; Ⅳ degree of obstruction, After adenoidectomy almost all blocked nose, Edge of eustachian tube swallow mouth and nostrils after all can’t peep.3、Children’s height and weight measurementBy measuring the children’s height and weight, The situation of the reference may affect children’s growth and development, Analyze data to grow and develop.4、Determination of serum osteocalcin and Growth hormoneThe level of serum osteocalcin was determined by enzyme 1inked immunosorbent assay,Taken on an empty stomach venous blood samples, With 10% l-arginine by dilution,And oral levodopa, Record collection time, To determine the content of blood growth hormone.[Results]1、Growth hormoneAdenoid hypertrophy in children with growth hormone is 9.99 +0.58+ug/L,The normal controlled growth hormone 11.58+0.82ug/L, Growth hormone content similar between the two groups was statistically significant p < 0.05, Adenoid hypertrophy in children with growth hormone content is lower than that of normal control group, Can be thought of children with adenoid hypertrophy were below normal growth hormone levels.2、Level of scrum osteocalcinChildren with adenoid hypertrophy were serum osteocalcin content is 7.42+0.32 ug/l,Content of normal control group was 10.21+0.51 ug/L, Two groups of osteocalcin were within the normal range, But the content similar between the two groups have statistical significance p < 0.05, Adenoid hypertrophy body children osteocalcin may have an impact on children’s growth and development.3、Relevant indicators of weight for heightChildren with adenoid hypertrophy group were1.06+0.06 m height, weight, BMI, 19.67+0.3.56 kg, 17.56+1.25 kg/m2, Normal control group were 1.11+0.11 m height, weight, BMI, 19.78 +4.36 kg, 16.08+1.08 kg/m2, Children with adenoid hypertrophy were height below the normal standard height, You can think, Adenoid hypertrophy can have certain influence on children’s height.[Conelusions]1、The serum osteocalcin level is lower than normal control group, adenoid hypertrophy in children with tips have may have an impact on children’s growth development, over the long term is likely to affect the child’s physical skeletal development, due to the limited number of experiments and conditions, still need further study.2、Adenoid hypertrophy in children with growth hormone content is lower than that of normal control group, Can be thought of children with adenoid hypertrophy were below the normal growth hormone content, For a long time can affect the growth of children’s height.
