Objective:Through retrospective analysis on 509 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy and 1953 cases of patients with normal pregnancy, this study is to explore the influence of termination of pregnancy in different ways on ectopic pregnancy. Methods:Collected the related clinical data of 509 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients who were confirmed by surgery or by effective conservative treatment and 1953 cases of normal pregnancy patients from August 2011 to August 2015 in our hospital, including age and marriage conditions(married and unmarried), abortion history and delivery history, and cesarean section history and so on,using the method of retrospective case-control study, 509 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as case group and 1953 cases of normal pregnancy patients as control group, to find the relationships of different ways of termination of pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy. Using SPSS20.0 statistical software perform statistical data analysis. Count data used chi-square test, then calculating odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(CI). A P value of < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1. During August 2011 to August 2015, ectopic pregnancy with cesarean section history in all the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is on the rise as a whole.2. During August 2011 to August 2015, cesarean scar pregnancy in all the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is on the rise as a whole.3. Compared with women who have no delivery history, the risk of increasing the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is higher in women who have delivery history, and increased with the increase of delivery times. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4. Compared with women who have no abortion history, the risk of increasing the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is higher in women who have abortion history, and increased with the increase of the number of abortions( ≥ 2).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Abortion number 1 times did not increase the risk of the incidence of ectopic pregnancy, there was not statistically significant difference(P >0.05).5. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of ectopic pregnancy(P > 0.05) between cesarean section delivery and vaginal delivery.6. Premarital sex is one of risk factors to increase the incidence of ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion:Through retrospective analysis on 509 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy and its clinical control data, initially making the conclusion.1.Age of onset of ectopic pregnancy was becoming younger, between 16 and 47 years old.2.Delivery history, abortion history and premarital sex will increase the risk of the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy; The incidence of ectopic pregnancy has no statistical significance(P > 0.05)between cesarean section and vaginal delivery, but cesarean section is a major risk factor of uterine scar pregnancy.Paying enough attention to sexual health, avoiding accidental pregnancy, reducing the number of abortions, advocating natural childbirth, decreasing the rate of cesarean section, the specification of obstetrics and gynecology operation can reduce the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.
