Research of antibiotic industry has failed to keep pace with the emergence and spread of pathogenic bacteria and fungi. The most worrying problem is that as the spread of drug-resistant organism infection presents global trend, the traditional antibiotic treatment has gradually become powerless. In response to the problem of drug resistance, people had to develop new antimicrobial drugs and therapy method,so the use of new type of antimicrobial peptides and combination of antimicrobial agents has become the current research focus. In this study, we separated and identified three kinds of porcine blood antimicrobial peptides from porcine blood:CP590, CP591 and CP592, their sequences are: VLSAADKANVKAAWGK,AHGKKVLQSFSDGLK and VAGVANALAHK; We tested the MIC of the three kinds of antibacterial peptides in neutral, acid and antibiotics cases against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus and under the condition of 0.013% acetic acid(v/v, pH4.76), the MIC of these antibacterial peptides combined with rifampicin, streptomycin and tetracycline.The main conclusions are:1. The existence of the antimicrobial peptide significantly reduce MIC of antibiotics.2. We put forward antimicrobial peptides, antibiotics and acetic acid as a new combined form of drug dosage, and compared with simple antimicrobial peptides with acetic acid or antimicrobial peptides with antibiotics dosage forms, this new combined form has lower concentration and longer duration of efficacy;3. As a new way of treatment, antimicrobial peptides and antibiotics used in combination with acetic acid can greatly reduce the concentration of the use of antimicrobial peptides and antibiotics, the efficacy of longer duration and the frequency of drug use.
