Objective Effects of different surgical excimer laser keratectomy on corneal correlation values. Size comparison of different surgical impact on the cornea of the correlation values. In order to facilitate clinicians on the basis of the patient’s condition better choose surgical approach. Methods Choose between February 2012 to August 2012 in our hospital eye clinic excimer laser corneal refractive surgery in 20 patients (40 eyes), depending on the way the patients were divided into surgical laser in situ keratomileusis LASIK group (LASIK group) five cases (10 eyes), excimer laser subepithelial keratomileusis group (LASEK group) five cases (10 eyes), topography-guided excimer laser in situ keratomileusis group (individual LASIK group) five cases (10 eyes), topography-guided excimer laser subepithelial keratomileusis group (individual LASEK group) five cases (10 eyes). Use of the former Oculyzer anterior segment analysis system measures and postoperative 6 month, topography March analyze the curvature of the cornea, corneal thickness, corneal front surface height, cutting thickness corneal refractive power units, measured by corneal confocal microscopy of the cornea flap thickness, the thickness of the remaining corneal stroma. Changes were compared before and after surgery for each measurement to analyze the impact of these four excimer laser keratectomy on corneal correlation values generated. Results Each group before and after surgery corneal curvature changes in the value of statistically significant (P= 0.034), individualized LASIK group> LASIK group> individualized LASEK group> LASEK group. Corneal thickness variation (P= 0.045) LASEK group> individualized LASEK group> individualized LASIK group> LASIK group. Corneal surface height variation (P= 0.861) with no significant difference in IOP (P= 0.472). After the corneal surface height changes (P= 0.004) LASIK group> individualized LASIK group> LASEK group> individualized LASEK group. There was a significant difference (P= 0.000) corneal flap thickness. Corneal stroma remaining thickness between the two groups (P= 0.028) individualized LASEK group> LASEK group> individualized LASIK group> LASIK group. There were significant differences between the unit diopter of corneal cutting thickness of each group (P=0.028). Individualized LASEK group> individualized LASIK group> LASEK group> LASIK group. Conclusions After four kinds of surgical corneal changes associated values are not the same, the height of the front surface of the cornea and IOP was no significant difference between the four groups in the change before and after surgery, LASEK and individual corneal flap LASEK than LASIK surgery and LASIK individual thin residual corneal stromal bed thicker, applicable to a larger number of patients or corneal diopter relatively thin. Individualized surgical corneal correlation value is smaller than the average impact of surgical approach, clinicians can select according to the consolidation of surgical patients.
