Magetic Nanoparticle Targeted Therapy For Hepatocellular Carcinoma:Current Development And Progress

Magnetic nanoparticles as a kind of good carrier, has been widely used in basic medicine and clinical fields, including imaging diagnosis, clinical treatment, etc. This paper introduces the magnetic nanoparticles’basic mechanism, the different targeted mechanisms of nanoparticles with modified surfaces and different targeted therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma about chemotherapy, thermal therapy, immune therapy, gene therapy and other treatments. Magnetic nanoparticle therapy will have a promising future for HCC targeted treatment.
