Objective:Way to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of superior mesenteric artery disease and the treatment experience.Method:The clinical data of 34 patients suffered from the disease of Superior mesenteric artery admitted in Department of Vascular Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were analyzed retrospectively,Occlusion disease cases in 18 cases, expansion disease cases in 16 cases, analysis of the clinical treatment method and effect.Results:18 cases of arterial occlusion, the line endovascular interventional treatment of 10 cases, Catheter thrombolysis treatment of 8 cases, block blood vessels after thrombolysis treatment was 100%, and the rate of implanted balloon expanding stent in 1 case, postoperative blood flowing inside; 4 cases of open surgery,Postoperative occlusion vascular blood flow were restored; 4 cases of conservative treatment, Among them 3 cases effective,1 case was invalid.16 cases of dilated arteries, endovascular interventional treatment of 10 cases,5 cases were implanted with bare metal stents, stent blood flowing postoperatively,5 cases were spring coil embolization, postoperative aneurysms disappear,3 cases of coated stents (3 case at the same time use the spring coil embolism), postoperative blood flowing inside, there is no leakage; two cases of open surgery, The superior mesenteric artery and collateral circulation flow; 4 cases of conservative treatment, The review showed lesion blood flowing blood vessels.Conclusion:Interventional therapy is the main therapeutic of superior mesenteric artery disease. But to be based on the nature, location and progress of disease, for patients to develop individualized treatment programs.
