| Objective:TO sum up the experiences of diagnosis and treatment of popliteal artery aneurysms.Methods:Retrospective analysis between June 2000 to March 2015, our hospital clinical general data of 15 cases of patients with popliteal artery aneurysms, treatment, observe the effect of perioperative complications, early treatment and follow-up the long-term patency rate, etc.Results:Of 15 cases,13 cases of active treatment, and 2 cases give up treatment.13 patients with treatment of perioperative death cases, perioperative period amputation in 2 cases.9 cases of conventional surgery in 13 patients,4 cavity routine intervention treatment, removal of amputation surgery successful case.Of 13 cases,9 cases received follow-up 1 patients with surgical postoperative recurrence 2 years,1 case of cavity treatment of patients with stent thrombosis after 1 year,2 patients with conservative treatment were lost to follow-up.Conclusion:Popliteal artery aneurysms rupture can occur or induced by the mural thrombus distal limb ischemia, have certain morbidity.For symptomatic, tumors larger than 2 cm diameter, or with mural thrombus formation of the popliteal artery aneurysms suggested that early surgical treatment actively, and to strengthen postoperative follow-up.Cavity treatment time is shorter, clinical application and its efficacy still need long time follow-up. |
