Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal progressive neurodegenerative disorder which has no effective therapeutic approaches. Patients suffer from depressive and anxiety disorder in different sections of the disease. Remission of depressive and anxiety state may improve the quality of life and the prognosis outcome of patients. The objective of this article is to give a clinical overview of drug therapy, psychological therapy and other treatments in resent years among ALS patients with depressive or anxiety. |
