Renalsplenic Venous Shunt In The Clinical (Portal Hypertension) Anatomy

Objective:There are lots of surgical treatment of portal hypertension and massive haemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract,and spleen and kidney bypass surgery is one of them.Its Research is about the portal vein, splenic vein and superior mesenteric vein and the form and relationship of inferior vena cava system,such as : inferior vena cava, and adjacent to the renal vein. It provides anatomi cal data for bypass surgery, improves the surgical curative effect.Materials and methods:Use the formalin fixed adult corpses and 30, 17 men, 13 women.According to the level of anatomical method after cleaning, observation and measurement. The results:1. The length of the splenic vein was 111.69±10.56 mm, the length of the splenic artery(119.31 + 11.82) mm2. The spleen door the spleen vein diameter was 11.00±2.25 mm wide, spleen vein midpoint width size to 12. 66±0.86 mm, portal vein to the wide diameter is 14. 03±1.02 mm.3. Gastric coronary vein of depth from the Angle of portal vein of 18.05±3.49 mm, inferior mesenteric vein of depth from the Angle of portal vein of 16.55±2.76 mm, stomach retinal vein and splenic vein from the left portal vein angular distance of 52.82±5.44 mm.4. Abdominal meddle portal, the distance between the Angle of 18.10±3.56 mm.The spleen and pancreatic tail distance gate of 29.69±4.25 mm.5. The spleen vein and the superior border of the first lumbar horizontal vertical distance of 31.60±1.44 mm, left renal vein and the first lumbar vertical distance of 43.67±3.47 mm.6. The left renal vein diameter 15.37±1.16 mm, 69.97±7.48 mm long left renal vein. Conclusion:1. The length of the left renal vein power was 69.97±7.48 mm, diameter of 15.37±1.16 mm, the average is greater than the spleen vein 11.00±2.25 mm so choose it as anastomosis surgery to do.2. The spleen door end most of spleen vein and the left renal vein parallel overlap, even without the pancreatic tail cover, about 10 mm spacing, spleen and kidney vein bypass is very convenient.3. The portal vein to the inferior mesenteric vein injection of spleen vein at only 18.05±3.49 mm, is apart from the Angle of portal vein in separation should be paid attention to.
