Analysis Of The Incidence And Mortality Of Malignant Tumor In Xinjiang Urumqi Tianshan District,2010-2013

Objective: Based on the monitoring of malignant tumor diseases in the 2010-2013 years of the Xinjiang Urumqi Tianshan District, and describe the incidence and mortality of malignant tumor in the Tianshan area, and Provide a theoretical basis for the integrated control of the area population cancer. Methods: Through all the medical institutions in the area of full-time and part-time personnel were monthly reporting, death reported incidence and other ways to collect, who diagnosed malignant tumor(systemic malignant tumor and central nervous system of benign tumor) were completed corresponding tumor incidence report card. Results: The incidence of malignant tumor in Urumqi city is 4827 cases, the incidence rate of 169.77/10 million, the standardized rate of 178.32/10 million; the incidence of malignant tumor of the top five is breast cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer,gastric cancer and liver cancer. The incidence of the Han nationality is 3774 cases, incidence of 218.00/10 million, The uygurs were for 640 cases, incidence of82.25/10 million; Incidence of hui nationality were reported for 301 cases, as of 137.14/10 million. The total mortality of malignant tumors in the Tianshan Mountains was 1728 cases,the mortality rate was 60.78/10 million, Malignant tumor mortality rates are the top five lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, and pancreatic cancer; Han malignant tumor death cases of 1414 cases, mortality rate of 81.68/10 million, uygur mortality rate of 23.65/10 million, hui mortality rate of 43.74/10 million. Conclusion: The standardized incidence rate and standardized mortality rate of malignant tumors in the Tianshan Mountains are lower than the national level, and the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in the 40 years old are the highest. The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in the Tianshan area are different from those of lung cancer, liver cancer,gastric cancer and female breast cancer.It should be based on the characteristics of malignant tumor incidence and mortality, with a focus on promoting tumor grade threeprevention, actively carry out health education, reduce the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors.
