The Research Of Rural Diet Structure Optimizations In Minhou County

Recently, with the development of economy and the increasing income, the food consumption was also changing which cause series of problems. The most significant problem was the unreasonable dietary structure, insufficient nutrient intake, which influence the health. In this study, based on the trend of the changing of health consumption, residences in Minhou, Fuzhou, Fujian were took as an example to study the problems in the dietary structure, and propose valuable suggestions.Through the study of dietary structure of residences in Minhou, we’re able to propose valuable recommendations to improve the dietary structure. Furthermore, it will also improve the dietary structure of residences from other regions. We use several methods including literature search, comparative analysis, case study and questionnaire survey. Using these methods, we can more in-depth study the dietary structure of residences in Minhou, propose relative improvement suggestions, and also increase the health of local residences.This paper consisted six parts:First, introductions of background, research purposes, methods, innovative, and current global-wide researches; Second, related concepts and theories; Third, Survey on the dietary structure in Minhou, using the questionnaire survey’finding, get relative data, and based on these to study the situation of dietary structure in Minhou; Fourth, the analyses of factors affecting dietary structure in Minhou, from three different levels:food supply, economic development, and social development; Fifth, strategy and recommendation to improve dietary structure in Minhou, from government management, agricultural industrial structure adjustment, and economic development and social security. Conclusion including introduction of our finding and future research prospects.
