| [abstract] objective to study the mechanical ventilation (MV) minute ventilation and arterial blood gas changes of correlation, set appropriate, minute ventilation for patients to avoid improper ventilation. Methods:220 cases undergoing elective surgery in patients with general anesthesia, general anesthesia induced by tracheal intubation followed by mechanical ventilation of anesthesia machine and be in accordance with the minute ventilation were randomly divided into four groups:60 ml/kg,70 ml/kg,80 ml/kg and 90 ml/kg, at the end of the routine monitoring of vital signs, exhale carbon dioxide partial pressure (PETCO2) and airway peak pressure (Ppeak), and other indicators, and 30 min(T1) in ventilation,60 min (T2),90 min (T3),120 min (T4) the artery blood gas analysis. The minute ventilation has obvious correlation with the changes of arterial blood gas, and 70 ml/kg minute ventilation in patients with blood gas results (pH, PaCO2, BE) basic maintain normal. |
