| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of a specific electromagnetic spectrum (TDP) irradiation combined with the gallnut soup fumigation treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema, painMethods:The 60 cases who are satisfied with the require standard of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid external strip in postoperative anal edge edema, pain were divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group use the gallnut soup fumigation treatment, with a specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation incision at the same time, the control group just use fumigation gallnut soup. To observe and record all cases of anal edge edema, pain symptom before treatment and after treatment of 1,3,5,7 days. And observe and record the edema subsided, pain disappeared time and the overall effect.Use SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the results.Results:Through statistical analysis,compare the general situation, and the anal edge edema, pain symptom before treatment,the difference was no significant (P>0.05). Compare the two groups of anal edge edema, pain symptom after treatment of 3,5,7 days,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group is superior to the control group.Compare the anal edge edema, pain symptom after treatment of 1 days,,the difference was no significant (P>0.05). Compare the dema subsided, pain disappeared time of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Compare the overall effect of the edema, pain, he difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). There was no adverse reaction during the whole treatment.Conclusion:The curative effect of a specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation combined with the gallnut soup fumigation to treat the circumferential mixed hemorrhoid surgery a margin of edema, pain is clear. |
