Kyllinga blevifolia Rotlb is the ground part of cyperaceae perennial herb Kyllinga blevifolia Rotlb,which has the efficacy of detumescence. anti-inflammatory, analgesia,treating chyluria Now clinically used Kyllinga blevifolia Rotlb particles is prepared by Kyllinga blevifolia Rotlb,whose main effective components is flavonoids But its bioavailability is low, conventional tablet is usually administered three times a day, which would lead to large fluctuation in drug plasma concentration. Controlled porosity osmotic pump tablets in vitro drug release behavior was up to the character of zero-order drug release.The advantages of the controlled porosity osmotic pump tablets were of ow toxicity,fewer tines of usage, lasting function.KBTF (Kyllinga Brevifolia Total Flavonols, KBTF) belongs to indissolvable rug, so it is difficult to prepare controlled porosity osmotic pump tablets as hydrosoluble drug;You must improve the solubility of drugs.if you want to prepare single-layer osmotic pumpSolid dispersion technology refers to the technology that indissolvable drug highly disperse solid carrier when prepare preparations.which can significantly increase dispersion, solubility, dissolution rate, improve drug bioavailability.To prepare the solid dispersions of KBTF with the intention of improving drug dissolution.We investigated the influence of various factors, Including the kind and dosage the carrier, the solvent and the method of preparation, selected the best prescription,The structure of solid dispersions was characterized by SEM,XRD and FTIR.Under the firmed coating parameters conditions, we studied the factors that influencing the release behavior of controlled-release tablets based on single factor investigation, such as the kind of osmotic promoter, the dosage of osmotic promoter,plasticizer, pore formers,and the coating thickness etc. We use Wilbur formula fit dissolution curve.then extract the dissolution parametersT50,Td and process t test.The result showed that the kind of osmotic promoter, the dosage of osmotic promoter,plasticizer, pore formers.and the coating thickness had great influence on drug release.Based on single factor investigation, optimizing the formulation via orthogonal design. The release of optimization prescription was proved to follow zero-orderrelease kinetics by model fitting.Preliminary stability results showed that the preparations have certain hygroscopic, which should be kept in a dry and closed place.it is stable Under the condition of high temperature and light conditions and accelerated test.Finally, this paper had a quality control study for microporosity osmotic pump tablets of Kyllinga brevifolia total flavonols solid dispersion.
