Purposes:Find a patent protection, green environmental protection, the package of paclitaxel has higher load albumin nanoparticles preparation method, using hyaluronic acid by modifying of paclitaxel albumin nanoparticles, further strengthen the lung targeting property.Methods:1. Desolvation of taxol albumin nanoparticles, prepared by the thermal gelation of taxol albumin nanoparticles, prepared by the comparison between them; 2. The carbon inline catalytic preparation of hyaluronic acid modified taxol albumin nanoparticles; 3. Through the method of CCK 8, FITC notation and living imaging technology to investigate the cytotoxic effect of albumin nanoparticles preparation on A549 cell, cell uptake and distribution in the body.Results:1. The solvent of the albumin nanoparticles prepared by the weak package load ability of taxol, The thermal gelation of the albumin nanoparticles prepared by the taxol have higher coating rate and drug loadings; 2. Hyaluronic acid modified taxol albumin nanoparticles have slow-release effect; 3. Hyaluronic acid modified taxol albumin nanoparticles is undecorated nanoparticles have stronger toxicity of tumor cells, the tumor cells to absorb higher and stronger tumor targeting. Conclusion:Thermal gelation method is accordance with the requirements of the project design of taxol albumin nanoparticles preparation methods, using hyaluronic acid modified taxol albumin nanoparticles have good tumor targeting, is expected to become a good carrier of clinical chemotherapy drugs.
