| Objective:Throngh observed Busuishengxue Granule effected on expressional changes of Kvl.3 channel protein on bone marrow mononuclear cells in patients who were chronic Suilao disease, discussed the correlation between Kvl.3 channel protein and the occurrence of Suilao disease,and explored the interventional effect of Busuishengxue Granule on Kvl.3 channel protein, so as to explore Busuishengxue Granule effect mechanism for the treatment of chronic Suilao disease.Methods:Collecting on 30 cases of chronic Suilao disease patients who took Busuishengxue Granule to treat and the marrow fluid of 10 healthy people as control group,using Western blot method detected Kv1.3 protein expression level of bone marrow mononuclear cells of chronic Suilao patients before and after treatment and healthy control group.Results:1.The effective rate of treating chronic Suilao patients with Busuishengxue Granule hit 80.00%, and the effect was affirmative.2.Compared with the healthy control group, the expression of Kvl.3 protein was significantly decreased in chronic Suilao patients before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The treatment group after treatment of Busuishengxue Granule, the expressional level of Kvl.3 protein significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the level of Kvl.3 protein expression in the treatment group was still lower than that of the healthy level, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. With Busuishengxue Granule to treat chronic Suilao patients, Clinical curative effect was worthy of affirmation. 2.Abnormal low expression of Kvl.3 channel protein in chronic Suilao patients may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic Suilao disease.3.Busuishengxue particles may increase Kvl.3 channel protein expressional levels of chronic Suilao patients to regulate integrin beta 1 mediated damage of hematopoietic microenvironment to further promote hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell proliferation and differentiation in order to achieve the purpose of the treatment of chronic Suilao disease. |
