The Trend Analysis Of Clinical Incidence, Diagnosis Of Prostate Cancer In Tianjin

Objectives:According to tianjin city in 1981～2012 fashion trends and characteristics of prostate cancer, combined with demographic information in tianjin, the future incidence of prostate cancer in tianjin city and change trend are analyzed.Methods:All prostate cancer morbidity and mortality data from Tianjin centers for disease control and prostate cancer database, a database of all data and information in the EXCEL, statistical analysis of SPSS 13.0 software package SAS V9 systems are used to calculate the crude incidence of prostate cancer from 1981 to 2012 in tianjin, the standardized incidence (1985), the world standard population and age don’t incidence, described in basic statistical methods to analyze the prevalence, age structure, combining with the tianjin demographic information at the same time, analysis of tianjin city prostate disease status and change trend in the future.Results:From 1981 to 20012, the tianjin city has reported 2153 new cases of prostate cancer, will be divided into three periods from 1981 to 2012 (1981～1988, 1989～1999,2000-2012), total prostate cancer patients treated from 1981 to 1988, 137 cases,17.12+/-3.40 cases per year on average; From 1989 to 1999 a total of 487 cases treated,44.27+/-5.44 cases per year on average; From 2000 to 2012 a total of 1529 cases treated,116.62+/-46.74 cases per year on average. The age mainly occurred between 60-and 70-2 is given priority to, the high incidence of age group growth faster, age structure of prostate cancer patients tend to aging; Combined with demographic information of tianjin, the linear regression analysis was carried out on the statistical data, the results show that in the next 10 years, the incidence of prostate patients age still is given priority to with 60-and 70-two age groups, the average annual growth of around 5 cases.Conclusions:From 1981 to 20012, tianjin downtown new cases,2153 cases of prostate cancer. Tianjin prostate cancer incidence of a disease and treated cases in 1981～1988 in a basic level, and in the late 1980 s, a trend of increasing year by year. The crude incidence of prostate cancer in 1981 from 0.91/10 up to 2012 per 6.75/10, has increased by 741.76%, the average annual growth rate of 23.18%. The standardized incidence of prostate cancer in 1981 from 1.29/10 up to 2012 per 4.06/10, has increased by 314.73%, the average annual growth rate of 9.84%. From the point of age distribution, the prostate disease age still is given priority to with 60 ～,70～, but the average age has increased trend, patient’s age structure tend to aging. Prostate cancer incidence of a disease over the next 10 years, tianjin growth speed, new cases each year about in 5 cases, should strengthen the prevention of prostate cancer research.
