Objective:To study the expressional difference of myeloid-derive suppressor cells(MDSC) in high, middle and low differentiation.Which is in the liver cancer of the tissue.Discuss the staging relationship between the MDSC and liver cancer and assess the influence of prognosis on the patients who suffer from liver cancer.Materialsand Methods:The experimental specimens of this research is origined from genera l surgery department and the tumor wax block in pathology department in The First Bethune Hospital of Jilin University. Using flow Cyto Metry to detect the high, middle and low proportion of the CD14 + HLA- DR- / low, which differentiated cancer of the liver specimens. Combined with clinic al stage, tissue types and lymphatic metastasis of liver cancer to analyze t he cases. And then discuss the expression of MDSC in liver cancer and t he relationship with prognosis. Conclusion:The CD14 + HLA- DR- / low of the expressional MDSC exists in spe cimens of liver cancer widely, and the expression of high differentiation is obviously higher than the middle and low differentiation in liver cancer. This data has the significant meaning(P < 0.01); And the expression is a ssociated with the size and number of tumor. It shows that MDSC can aff ect the invasion and metastasis of primary liver cancer. Targeted therapy of MDSC may become a new direction for the treatment of liver cancer.
