| Objective:For patients with end-stage organ disease transplantation of human organs is a well-established therapy, on the other hand, the main limited factor is insufficient source of organs for the development of organ transplantation, even more the severe shortage of human organ donors happed in China. For the organ transplantation problem, an important practical and theoretical significance is how to increase the source of organs. For this research, in order to investigate the current situation and analysis existing problems of the organ donation in Jilin province, there are four sides have been researched: the management of organ donation in the health administrative department and medical institutions, the current situation of organ donation in Jilin province, the impact factor of potential source of organ donation in Jilin province and the awareness and attitude of local people for organ donation in Changchun, Jilin province. Methods:In order to analysis the data of organ donation, the following methods have been used: a retrospective survey, the analysis of literatures and the field review method. A descriptive statistics analysis the conversions rates, agreed rate, the duration of achieve donation and the reasons of the failure donation. The Pearson’s chi-squared test has been used to analysis the demography and clinical indexes of the potential donor. For the awareness and attitude of local people, the one-way ANOVA and Binary Logistic Analysis have been used, and double entry calibrated by Epidata 3.0, also, the data analysed by SPSS 17.0. Results:(1) For the impact factor of potential source of organ donation in Jilin province, the success rate of organ donation and agree rata of family and 29.3% and 49.2%, respectively and the mainly success time is summer and autumn. Also, the male of donator is 2.4 times of female. The age of donator, marital status, jobs, past history, the cause of death and the source type of DCD need analysis, which is decide the success rate of donation(P<0.05). While, the gender, education and residence are not related to the success rate of donation. The main reason of failing donation is disagreement of families.(2) For the awareness and attitude of local people for organ donation in Changchun, Jilin province: the awareness of local people is fine for organ donation. The awareness pass rate of student is 89.3%, which is higher than 63.0% local people. The awareness of student is 77.6%, which is higher than local people 61.0%.People acceptance of organ donation is fine, agreement of organ donation and positive active for willing of organ donation, the positive rate of student is 91.7%,which is higher than 87.0% local people,and the agreement of student is 65.0%,which is higher than local people 56.0%.79.3% of people in faver of organ donation,36.8%of people willing to donate prgans.The main affect factors of awareness for organ donation are ages, marital status, education and residence. The main affect factors of attitude for organ donation are education and residence. The main ways for local people understand the organ donation is by internet, TV and propagandas from government and medical institutions. Conclusion:(1) The development of organ donation is rapidly in Jilin Province, which is at top position of China. But the program of organ donation needs further development in Jilin Province.(2) The higher success rate of organ donation and agree rate of family in Jilin Province. The main reasons are situation of donor and feedback from family to decide the success rate of organ donation. This need carefully during the actual work.(3) The awareness and attitude of local people are not good in Jilin province. There are basic medical knowledges, programme of organ donation and legal knowledges need introduce to local people. |
