Objective:To understand the status of knowledge, attitude and practice of breast cancer screening among rural women in Yili and Altay, analysis of the influencing factors of KAP, explore effectively improve the early screening participation rate and to improve the Countermeasures of minority ethnic groups and health project compliance, to supply reference for the second level of breast cancer prevention.Methods:Take the cluster random sampling method. Questionnaire survey of Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture and Altay region 3078 35 ~ 65 year old rural women, using SPSS statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Statistical methods included t-test, variance analysis, chi square test,multi factor non conditional logistic regression analysis and correlation analysis.Results:1breast cancer early screening related knowledge score was 8.51±3.059 points, the main influence factors of knowledge score were age, nationality, residence, birth status and breast disease history;Kazak and Uygur significantly lower than the han nationality in the Uighur population. 2 breast self examination attitude score was 13.12 + 2.18 points, the main influence factors of attitude score were cultural degree, birth status and family history of cancer;Three people of breast self-examination attitudes are more positive. 3.Early screening of breast cancer beliefs: Menopausal status and early screening for breast cancer related knowledge points are main factors influencing "vulnerability" scored an average; Menopausal status and family history of cancer are the main factors influencing the "severity" scored an average; Fertility status and the early breast cancer screening knowledge score is the main factor affecting the "benefits" scored an average; Place of residence, nationality, family history of cancer, early screening knowledge score and attend the udder health check chances are main factors influencing "disorder" earlyscreening average score. 4. Early breast cancer screening behaviors: only 25.3% of the women had breast self examination, ethnic, employment, whether in breast health examination opportunity, history of breast disease, a positive degree of self examined attitudes and medical insurance is the main influencing factors;Of early screening behavior participation rate is higher, while the uygur, kazak lowest. 5 early screening of breast cancer related knowledge and attitude, behavior was positively correlated(r=0.047,r=0.106), and perceived susceptibility, severity, benefits were positively correlated(r were0.188, 0.326, 0.247). 6.The social support of early breast cancer screening: screening for early to give up to support rural women’s husband, 83% of women think doctors recommend most likely will affect their early screening behavior.Conclusion: Yili Prefecture and Altay region of rural women in the early screening of breast cancer related knowledge awareness rate is low, a positive attitude, lack of proper health belief, early screening participation rate is low, should be combined with the national minority unique culture background, the and plans to open exhibition knowledge of breast cancer and its early screening of missionary work to improve the rural women to breast cancer awareness and screening level, prevention and early diagnosis of breast cancer.
