Background: With the rapid development of science and technology in recent decades, also will develop neurosurgery, surgery is gradually increased from the traditional craniotomy towards the development of micro-surgery, surgery program is more refined individualized. In order to achieve minimal losses lesions removed, and to ensure patient safety and nerve function. Precise positioning operation has become a key to success. In the case of intraoperative CT, intraoperative MRI is not yet universal, the real-time ultrasound surgery for intracranial lesions positioning and monitoring plays an important role. Objective: In this study, 40 cases of patients with intracranial lesions in the operation of intraoperative ultrasound in real-time monitoring and positioning and postoperative rehabilitation treatment for patients with super early, sum up the recovery of patients after surgery. Assessment and evaluation of intraoperative real-time ultrasound in the diagnosis and monitoring of intracranial lesions.Method:September November 2013 to 2015 were selected from over the past two years, in Anhui Medical University First Affiliated Hospital neurosurgery clinic and inpatient treatment of 40 cases with intracranial diseases, through the collection and analysis of preoperative imaging, intraoperative ultrasound images, postoperative pathology, postoperative complications and surgery on patients with early psychological dredge, early rehabilitation treatment after the follow-up data, were evaluated in real-time ultrasound for intracranial lesion location and monitoring use value.Result:40 cases of patients with intracranial lesions in after intraoperative real-time ultrasound real-time positioning and monitoring of resection of intracranial lesions, intraoperative real-time ultrasound can accurately locate the lesion, to understand the nature of the lesions and the surrounding anatomy. No postoperative bleeding, intracranial infection, obvious edema and infarction and other complications, preoperative patients with hemiplegia and aphasia and other symptoms in intraoperative real-time ultrasound monitoring resection of lesions have different degrees of improvement, 40 cases of patients with loss of nerve function get rapid recovery or a certain degree of improvement, to improve life quality of the patients, with significant social value. Conclusion:Intraoperative real-time ultrasound positioning accurate, safe and easy to use, in the resection of intracranial lesions with an important role in disease detection and important blood vessel and nerves and reduce the probability of serious complications in patients, improve patient quality of life, with great social value, in the intraoperative CT, intraoperative MRI is not yet universal, worthy of promotion.
