Objective Common choroidal neovascularization include idiopathic choroidal neovascularization(ICNV), myopic choroid neovascularization(MCNV).Recently,ati-VEGFdrugs become a mainstream way for the treatment of the diseases. The research is aimed to explore the change of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure(IOP), multifocal ERG(mf ERG) before and after anti-VEGF drugs intravitreal injection to treatment of choroidal neovascularization. Methods With the method of retrospective and self-control study, we collected 17 samples, from September 2014 to October 2015, of idiopathic choroidal neovascularization(ICNV)and myopic choroid neovascularization(MCNV),in which 18 eyes were analyzed in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Medical University of Anhui. All the patients were tested BCVA,IOP, Fundus Photography,OCT,FFA/ICGA and mf REG. Patients voluntarily decided to take intravitreal ranibizumab(0.5mg / 0.05ml) treatment or Conbercept(0.5mg / 0.05ml) treatment, using 1 + PRN regimen, then review whether or not reinjection were needed according to the OCT situation and the comeback results of visual function after injection in a month. We Observe the BCVA, intraocular pressure, mf ERG changes before and after treatment 1 day, 1 month, 1 month after the last treatment in outpatient follow-up. Result One month after surgery, and one month after the last treatment, BCVA significantly improved compared with treatment before. The differences were statistically significant(p <0.05); the IOP showed no significant changes than that during treatment before. The difference was not statistically significant(p> 0.05); compared with treatment before, ring 1,2,4 amplitude density after the first and 1month after last treatment were all comparatively improved. The difference was statistically significant, p values were(p <0.05); and compared to one month after treatment, the amplitude density increase of ring3 before treatment is not obvious. The difference was not statistically significant(p = 0.062), ring3 amplitude density one month after the last treatment has increase. The difference was statistically significant(p = 0.008); compared to treatment before, amplitude density of ring5 one month after treatment increased comparatively. The difference was statistically significant, p values were(p = 0.02);but amplitude density increase one month after the last treatment is not obvious. The difference was not statistically significant(p = 0.135); compared with treatment before, amplitude density increase of ring6 one month after treatment and after the final treatment is not obvious. The difference was not statistically significant, p value respectively were(p = 0.191, p = 0.114). Conclusion Intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs can improve BVCA and macular function of ICNV and MCNV patients, meanwhile do not affect the changes in intraocular pressure. mf ERG is able to objectively and accurately reflect the macular function.
