Objectives:To explore demographic behavior characteristics, acquaintance with AIDS, relevant behavior features and determinants of AIDS among FS Ws in Jiaozhou City; To get the prevalence of AIDS and syphilis as well as epidemic factors, and provide theoretic foundations for drawing up control strategies, efficacious interventions and effect evaluations for AIDS.Methods:Sampling from monitoring population in high-risk behavior locations was stepped into drawing up distributing map, extracting survey locations, and extracting monitoring population. Investigators have scaled up one-to-one questionnaire interviews which referred to social demographic features, insights into venereal diseases like AIDS, sexes, drugs addiction and venereal infectious status, meditation and interventions received of target populations. Results in demographic behavior:the eldest was 56 while the youngest was 15 by age, average range was 23.9±6.29 years. The 18-19 age group took account of 23.2%,; the 20-age group took up 45.4%, the 25-age group 16.4% and the 301 group 15.0%. The age difference among various groups presented statistical significance, and increased proportional tendency of age groups elder than 30 emerged (P<0.001, P Trend<0.001)Considering the marriage status, the aggregated 2749 single/divorced cases took up more accounts of 85.6%; the totally 456 married/cohabiting cases took up 14.2%. There remained statistical significance among various dates of marriage. Infectious rates of syphilis has risen uo with time passing (P<0.001, P Trend<0.001)Considering the addiction behavior, addictors took up 34.5%, while non-addictors took up 65.5%. There revealed statistical significance of the addiction behavior among different years, addiction rates of monitoring population increased with years advancing. (P<0.001, P Trend<0.001)2.Single-factor and multi-factor analysis results of syphilis.The single-factor analysis result indicated that:there remained evident difference of infection rates of syphilis according to different recruiting sites, marriage status, addiction behaviors, HIV diagnosis history, and routine usage of condoms in the last month. Addictors in FSWs possessed a relatively higher infection rate; hookers in FSWs possessed a relatively higher risk compared to other recruiting sites;persons who receiver a detection for HIV in the last year performed a higher risk than those who never received; persons living the status of married/cohabiting bore a higher risk than single/divorced;persons who denied routine usage of condoms suffered a higher risk than those who acknowledged. The multi-factor analysis results according to years showed that:the addiction behaviors during 2008-2013 shared the vital risk factor of syphilis; FSWs who receiver detection for AIDS in the last year bore a higher risk during 2008-2011; hookers bore inevitably a higher risk compared to nightclubs/KTV/bars during 2009-2013; failing to use condoms frequently in the last month proved an essential determinant to syphilis infection in 2010 and 2013.3.The single-factor and multi-factor analysis results of addiction.The single-factor analysis suggested that:the addition behavior presented significance difference in various sites, ages, HIV diagnosis, marriage status, routine usage of condoms in the last month and infection status of syphilis. Population who were junior to 20 shared a higher addicted proportion respectively compared to who were equal or senior to 30, single/divorced or FSWs infected with syphilis; the recruiting sites of KTV/bars and hookers in FSWs suffered a higher addicted risk compared to barbershops/beauty parlors/streetwalkers and sauna/bath rooms. FSWs who received HIV diagnosis in the last year and failed to use condoms as routine in the last month bore a higher addicted risk than who used condoms as routine. The multi-factor analysis results of various years showed that:syphilis infection proved closely related to addiction habit during 2008-2013; FSWs who experienced sex with clients without any condom in the last month exposed to a higher riak of addiction during 2006-2010; FSWs who were single/divorced exposed to a higher addicted risk in 2006,2012 and 2013; staff in nightclubs/KTV/bars and hookers in FSWs shared a higher proportion in addictors.Conclusion:1. There has remained lower positive rates of HIV antibodies among females with multiple sexual partners in Jiaozhou City currently, whereas higher infection rates of syphilis, furthermore presented a risen tendency along with time passing.2. Abuse of neotype drugs has emerged among female sex servers who occupied more than 1/3 in Jiaozhou City. The single-factor and multi-factor analysis showed intake of neotype drugs correlated with dangerous sex behaviors and syphilis infection, further illustrated that intake of neotype drugs would exert as a vital determinant to the prevalence of AIDS among high-risk populations.3. The rates of acquaintance and acceptance of intervention among female sex servers grew up in the last year, whereas the usage rates of condoms dropped down in tendency, which indicated that the knowledge-behavior dislocation presented among target population, leading to depressed intervention effects, and adjustment of strategies should be put on the agenda.4.The single/divorced population suffered a higher addicted proportion compared to hookers, which proposed it idealized to draw up different interventions and measures, enforce the propaganda to the target population via web platform, aimed to the feature that high-risk behaviors of AIDS varied among different demographic high-risk populations.
