The Project Management Of Rural Hospital In The Feasibility Study Stage

The feasibility study of Construction project is an important step in the preparatory work for projects to governmental investment, also an important foundation work for projects of governmental investment which is in the infrastructure management. It is to ensure that projects with a minimum investment in exchange for the best social and economic benefits, to achieve technologically advanced, economical and reasonable design theory in accordance with the scientific method.This thesis is about the theory of governmental project and its feasibility study stage, meanwhile, analyses the case of governmental project for rural hospital which in the feasibility study stage. There are few cases about the feasibility study of project management for rural hospital. First, this thesis tells us the theories which about the basics of governmental investment and the feasibility study of project, including the project management of governmental investment stage, the Steps and contents of the feasibility study stage that for governmental project. Second, this thesis focuses on the analysis and presentation of the feasibility study stage that is about the case of rural hospital for F town which is in Nanhu District, including economic viability, and social benefit analysis of the project. Third, this thesis analyses the problems and solutions to the project management of the rural hospital that in F town. At last, the thesis analyses the case with theories of management. This thesis uses the case to explain that why the project owner need to attach importance to the feasibility study stage, and to proof that the project owner should to solve the problem as early as possible in the feasibility study stage for the economic benefits and Social benefits.
