| Objective: To observe the main ridge of the Governor through the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain of the recent and long-term clinical efficacy, more surgery through the main ridge of the Governor and intermediate frequency electrotherapy difference in improving clinical symptoms, signs and improve the quality of life and evaluate its treatment the disease of efficacy and safety, to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain, to better guide clinical. Methods: 63 patients met the inclusion criteria for chronic lumbar muscle strain treatment order number with SPSS17.0 statistical software randomly divided into medicine through Christ ridge surgery group(treatment group) and 32 cases of intermediate frequency electrotherapy group(control group) 31 cases. The treatment group received through the Governor ridge surgery massage therapy, the control group, intermediate frequency electrotherapy treatment. Treatment period is three times a week, 10 times as a course of treatment, a total of a course of treatment.Clinical symptoms, signs and visual analog scale(VAS) were observed after using SPSS17.0 statistical software to do medical statistics, the Governor of the ridge through surgery and intermediate frequency electrotherapy in improving clinical symptoms, signs and improve differences in quality of life were compared.Result:1.The treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of 96.9% and87.1% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2.After the first two groups of patients in the treatment group, VAS score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); VAS scores between the two groups of patients after the first treatment group, treatment group and control group equally effective, the difference was not statistically significance(P>0.05); two groups of patients after one course of treatment, VAS scores within the group, points were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); two groups of patients after one course of treatment between the two groups VAS score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group; two groups of three patients at the end of a course of treatment, VAS scores between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment a course of treatment, the group of clinical symptoms compared Points were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01); two groups of patients after one course of treatment, clinical symptoms between the two groups, the difference there was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group; two groups of three patients at the end of a course, the comparison of clinical symptoms between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment a course of treatment, the group comparative clinical signs, points were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);two groups of patients after one course of treatment, clinical signs between the two groups, the difference no significant difference(P>0.05), treatment group and controlgroup could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patient, and quite efficacy; three groups of patients after the end of a course of treatment, clinical signs comparison between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Through the use of the Governor ridge surgery and intermediate frequency electrotherapy treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain, clinical efficacy in improving clinical symptoms, signs and improve the quality of life are preferred.2.Through the Governor ridge surgery to improve overall efficacy in patients, improve patient symptoms and improve quality of life is more significant than the intermediate frequency electrotherapy. |
