At the same time modeling, blank group, model group were given distilled water and 20 ml· kg-1·d-1 orally; Liu Wei Di Huang Wan Press high(1.35g·kg-1·d-1), middle (0.45g·kg-1·d-1), low (0.15 g·kg-1· d-1) dose of positive group were given diazepam (0.0003 g·kg-1·d-1) is formulated as an equal volume of solution fed.1 times/d, conducted after the stimulation end of the day, sustained 14d.3. Experimental observation:before modeling (first Od) to the modeling period (14d),1 times/d, recording conventionally mice. After modeling (Section 15d) to calculate weight, body temperature changes with the average water consumption during the modeling, parallel EPM behavior in mice learn to detect and measure the concentration of serum GABA ELISA and immunohistochemistry content Fa Haima GR protein expression.Result:1. Randomly divided into six groups of mice kept in the adaptation 7d, the general situation is normal, no weight before rectal temperature experiment statistically significant difference (P> 0.05) comparable.2. Compared with the control group, model group, weight loss, fever, and the average amount of drinking water, OE%, OT%, lower serum GABA concentrations (P<0.05), prompted predator stress anxiety mouse model successfully copied.3. Compared with the model group, the rest of the body weight increase, the positive control group hypothermia, high Liu Wei, a small average amount of water and OE% dose group and the positive control group, OT%, serum concentrations of GABA were higher; and Liu Wei low-dose group, high dose group decreased body temperature, a small amount of water on average, OE%, OT%, higher serum concentrations of GABA (P<0.05).4. Compared with the control group, model group, positive expression of hippocampal neurons GR high; compared with the model group, positive control group, Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, the positive expression of the high dose group lower (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Predatory Stress can copy anxiety mouse model can be used as anxiolytic and mechanism of an ideal animal model.2. Liu Wei Di Huang Wan has some anxiolytic effects, may be associated with nourishing yin thereby increasing GABA content, reduced hippocampal GR expression.3. Anxiety Syndrome and TCM kidney there is a certain correlation.
