Diagnostic Value Of Two-dimensional Color Doppler Combined With Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound In Benign And Malignant Breast Tumors

Objective: To investigate the value of two-dimensional color Doppler combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) in the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods: The article retrospectively analyzed 190 female patients with 203 breast lesions, including 135 benign lesions(benign group) and 68 malignant lesions(malignant group), were chosen from our hosipital, and all patients underwent two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and CEUS examination and postoperative pathological examination. The diagnostic values of ultrasonic analysis indicators were compared. Results: The indicators with higher diagnostic values for two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound were the border, forms, acoustic halo. The indicators with higher diagnostic values for CEUS were enhanced border, contrast agent distribution, enhanced form, enhanced range, surrounded by radial or perforator vessel. In CEUS time-intensity curve analysis, the peak intensity(PI) of periphery region was significantly higher in malignant group than that in benign group(P<0.05). Compared to that inside region of the malignant group, the PI and WIS, AUC in the periphery region of malignant group were significantly higher or bigger(P<0.05), but there was no difference in the MTT and TTP between periphery region and inside region(P>0.05). Compared to that inside region of the benign group, the blood perfusion parameters(PI, WIS, AUC, MTT, TTP) in the periphery region of benign group showed no statistical differences(P>0.05). The diagnostic accuracy rate of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound combined with CEUS in malignant breast lesions and in benign breast lesions were 93.33%(126/ 135) and 86.76%(59/68),respectively. The logistic regression analysis demonstrated that 7 parameters were finally enrolled in the logistic equation: border, peripheral, contrast agent distribution, enhanced range, surrounded by radial or perforator vessel, longitudinal-transverse axis ratio, enhanced form. These factors had a higher correlation with breast carcinoma than the rest(P<0.05). Conclusion: It can improve the accuracy of diagnosing breast cancer by ultrasound multi-parameter and forecasting the possibility of the breast cancers.
