Objective: To evaluate the early outcomes of using a variety of techniques in the treatment of Stanford type B aortic dissection.Method: From January 2012 to December 2014,we retrospectively analyzed the operation outcome of 80 patients with Stanford B type aortic dissection who underwent thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR), including 11 patients with aortic dissection involving the arch of patients, 2 patients stent the distal end of the stent after emerging mezzanine, 12 males and 1 female, aged 22 to 73 years, mean 48 years, including one case involving the left common carotid artery dissection, and 1 TEVAR after stent proximal new retrograde dissection, 2 patients TEVAR after emerging dissection distal to the stent, the rest are involving the left subclavian artery aneurysm, patients were followed up early and mid-treatment.Result: 80 patients were successfully completed surgery and implantation of the stent graft. 13 patients after stenting angiographic stent positioning accuracy, including three cases in the presence of a small amount of leakage. True lumen of aortic dissection blood flow is restored to normal, bypass vascular blood flow, one patient a month pleural effusion, the remaining patients no perioperative death and serious complications. Follow-up of 80 patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months, all patients survive and resume normal life. After 3 months, 6 months and after 1 year, 2 years review the aorta enhanced CT showed: no shift bracket intact and artificial vessel bypass blood flow. Conclusion: For not to simply treatment using TEVAR for Stanford B aortic dissection patients expanded indications through the application of a variety of techniques is feasible, and in early and mid-term results are acceptable, long-term results continue to closely follow-up.
