Objective: To explore the AKT overexpression of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)between induced mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from oxidative damage and anti-apoptotic effects. Results: Stem cell apoptosis rate increased with H2O2 concentration rises upward trend. 25,50 umol group apoptosis rate lower than the control group(P <0.05), the apoptosis rate 100 umol group was slightly higher than the control group(P = 0.48), AKT inhibitor of apoptosis highest rate of model group(P <0.05). When ischemia and hypoxia, the apoptosis rate of the group of AKT overexpression was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Immunofluorescence method can be observed in transfected Wnt11 group of myocardial cell marker protein positive cells. Cardiomyocyte-like cells co-cultured myocardial cells,expressed as cardiac cell-specific marker protein positive, the culture is set on the thirdday, the stem cells become the dominant cell. Conclusion: AKT overexpression can be resistance to oxidative stress,as well as apoptosis; Wnt11 genes promote stem cells into myocardial cells; double gene combined with stem cell treatment of myocardial infarction envisaged presence feasibility.
