Study On Preparation Technology Of 316L Medical Stainless Steel Stent

This study describes the application range of medicines stents in the medical market, the technological condition and the manufacture process for the metal stent are established basing on the technical research of the heat treatment and electrochemical polishing for metal stent.The heat treatment parameter、inspection methods and other attributes requirement about the performance are established by analyzing the principle of the heat treatment and researching the heat treatment requirements of the single austenitic stainless steel.The electrochemical polishing process of stainless steel, the composition (Phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and ethylene glycol) of the electrochemical polishing solution are studied according to the principle of the electrochemical polishing process and the performance of the stainless steel. Basing on the analyzing the working principle and the structure of the electrochemical polishing machine, the influence factors (current intensity, polishing time, polishing positions and polishing temperature setting) are determined. By means of the experimental study and results analysis about these factors, the reasonable process parameter are found out, make the product appearance,size and performance and so on reaching the design requirement.Based on the sufficient theoretical research, a large number of experiments and verification, and the comprehensive testing means and method, the production process parameters and process routs of the metallic stent trestle was confirmed to give the qualified product.
