Background and Objectives:To middle-late laryngeal cancer patients in three different operation (total excision of the larynx time, total excision of the larynx not line reconstruction, total excision of the laryngeal pronunciation pronunciation reconstruction) to evaluate the patient’s quality of life and comparative analysis, application of anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self rating scale postoperative symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients with laryngeal cancer. Method:With HNQOL and SDS, a survey was conducted in patients treated with total laryngectomy(37cases)with voice rehabilitation by tracheoesophageal fistula,33 cases without voice rehabilitation, and 38 cases treated with subtotal laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer.Result:there is no difference between patients treated with total laryngectomy with voice rehabilitation by tracheoesophageal fistula and the one treated with subtotal laryngectomy in their quality of life, however, there is difference between patients treated with total laryngectomy without voice rehabilitation and the one treated with subtotal laryngectomy about their quality of life. Total laryngectomy for vocal rehabilitation group and subtotal laryngectomy group anxiety and depression score was no significant difference between the total laryngeal resection of all patients and in front of the two voice reconstruction group was statistically significant difference. Three kinds of operation language function, mental function, physical function of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ three levels of SDS standard were compared, the function grade Ⅲ grade score was significantly higher than that of grade I.Conclusion:Total laryngectomy with voice rehabilitation by tracheoesophageal fistula can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life, but also can improve the psychological status of the patients after operation, and without voice rehabilitation in patients with decreased significantly in terms of speech function, olfactory function, social interaction and entertainment work state and also a psychological evaluation also decreased significantly. Anxiety and depression scores were associated with the operation and life quality of postoperative patients.
