Objective:Assessment of the effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method on the hidden blood loss after PFNA operation of the femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:We chose 60 old fracture patients who were hospitalized from Nov.1st.2014 to Nov.28th.2015 and recived the PFNA operation in the secondDepartment of orthopedics of Guangdong Province Troditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. They were divided randomly into two groups:experimental group and control group. Compare the visable and hidden blood, The volume of blood transfusion and Blood transfusion rate.Results:There average age is 80.47±7.73 years. The difference of sex, age, side, postoperational Hb and Hct, average operation time between the two groups won’t statically significant (P>0.05).The blood loss during the operation in experimental group and control group are 0.96±1.11L and 0.86±0.97L, the difference between them isn t statically significant (P>0.05). And their hidden blood loss are 0.91+1.07L and 0.82±0.96L, the difference between them isn t statically significant(P> 0.05). The percentage(hidden blood loss/total blood loss) of the two groups are 91.15±1.07% and 87.70±14.69%, the difference is not statically significant (P>0.05). The level of Hb and Hct is lower in DAY1-3 of experimental group (P≤0.05).Conclusion:Using the supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method after the PFNA operation can reduce the hidden blood loss as Tranexamic acid. |
