Objective To observe the entecavir treatment of decompensated long-term treatment effect of hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver.Methods Between January 2014 and January 2015 beds of decompensated period, 80 patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver as the research object, after admission in the treatment of protecting liver, diuresis, daily before bedtime to give 0.5 mg oral entecavir, treatment of 48 weeks in a row. Observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and the changes of drug adverse reactions, in patients before and 24 weeks of treatment, 48 weeks of blood routine, liver function test, compare in patients with liver function index, serum HBV markers, Child- Pugh score, to detect HBV- DNA Yin turn rate.Results After entecavir treatment after a period of time, the symptom such as nausea, fatigue, ascites in patients with began to improve, 48 weeks after treatment, all patients were stable biochemical index; Improving liver function index; HBeAg positive patients, 48 weeks after treatment the turn rate was 79.17%; Fell to an average of HBV-DNA(3.10.9) log copies/ml, HBV-DNA overcast rate more than 93.75%; Complications in significantly reduced; No obvious adverse reactions during medication, 10 cases mild nausea, dizziness and other symptoms.Conclusion Entecavir treatment decompensated period curative effect is hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver, which can effectively improve compensatory phase of hepatitis b patients with cirrhosis liver function, reduce or stop the disease process, and reduce the complications such as ascites, peritonitis, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
