| Objective To compare the difference of clinical curative effect of Warming needle moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type, and its effect on the content of joint effusion.Methods Select 64 patients as research subjects, which is treatmented in our hospital in period of July 2014 to October 2015, and diagnosed with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type of Knee osteoarthritis, but combined with joint effusion. according to the order of the patients were randomly divided into two groups(Group A and Group B),32cases of each group.Tow groups all taken points Neixiyan(EX-LE4), Dubi(ST35) and Zusanli (ST36). group A were given one cone of warmming needle acupuncture upon needles, but group B were given two cones.Two groups were given treatment 1 times every day,30 minutes every time,15 days for one course,2 days off between treatments, a total of 2 courses of treatment. In before treatment, after 2 courses of treatment and follow-up 2 months, respectively evaluate on two groups of knee osteoarthritis patients with clinical symptoms integral, knee pain, knee joint motion function, joint effusion content and safety indicators, then using SPSS 18.0 statistical software analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients before and after clinical efficacy differences, and the differences of two groups in symptoms score, joint pain, movement function and joint effusion.Results 1. After 2 courses, both of groups achieved significant clinical efficacy, where The effective rate in Group B were 87.09%, significantly better than the 76.67% in Group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. symptom scores:compare to Before Treatment, symptom score of After Treatment between two groups were decreased, the difference statistics significance (P<0.05). Group B’s symptom score were lower than Group A’s at After Treatment and Follow-up 2 months, the difference statistics significance (P<0.05).3. knee motion function:to compare with Before Treatment, two groups’ Lysholm score of After Treatment were improved, and the Group B’s Lysholm score was significantly higher than the Group A, the difference was significant (P<0.01), and in the follow-up two months of its score is still higher than the Group A (P<0.05).4. Analgesia effect:the pain score of After Treatment compared with Before Treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), but After Treatment the pain score between two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); 2 months follow-up in pain scores between the two groups, Group B was lower than that of Group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In addition, at the end of treatment, a total of 34 patients with pain disappeared, the Group A’s average pain disappeared time(16.46±7.25)days,Group B’s average disappeared pain time(11.00±5.12) days, two groups of average pain disappeared time comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.joint effusion:Compared with Before Treatment, After Treatment, the content of joint effusion in both groups were difference,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After Treatment,the content of Group B’s joint effusion was significantly less than which in Group A, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05).6. security:during the treatment of the two groups, there were not found to have other complications or adverse reaction cases; there were no fainting needle, broken needle or subcutaneous hematoma and other adverse events.Conclusions 1. Warming needle moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type has obvious curative effect, and can effectively promote the joint effusion absorption.2. The clinical curative between Warming needle moxibustion with different number of cones in treating Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis have a certain influence.The curative effect of warming needle moxibustion with two cones treatment to Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis is obviously superior to which with one cone.And warming needle moxibustion with two cones has certain advantages in improving clinical symptoms, restore joint function, relieve pain and promote joint effusion absorption. |
