The Clinical Research On TSLP、IL-13、IgE In Children Allergic Rhinitis By Chinese Traditional Medicine XingBiNingJiaoJi

Objective:To further elucidate the pathogenesis of children allergic rhinitis and the mechanism of action of Chinese traditional medicine XingBiWenMinNingJiaoJi in allergic rhinitis,we observing the clinical effect of Chinese traditional medicine XingBiWenMinNingJiaoJi in children allergic rhinitis and its influence on serum TSLP IL-13 and IgE It provides new methods,new formulations and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of AR in Chinese traditional medicine.It also lay the foundation for the application of nano-liposome technology and thermo-sensitive gel method and new drug research on treatment of AR in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:We found 60 children with allergic rhinitis in Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and they were randomly divided into group A (Chinese traditional medicine XingBiWenMinNingJiaoJi)with 20 cases and group B (Western medicine-treatment)with 20 cases.20 healthy subjects served as group C.The Chinese traditional medicine treatment group use XingBiWenMinNingJiaoJi;The western medicine comparison group was treated with Budesonide nasal spray(Rhinocort).4 weeks is a period of treatment. Measure the serum TSLP IL-13 and IgE each group before treatment and after treatment.Meanwhilesthe nasal Symptoms(sneezing,rhinorrhea.nasal obstruction, pruritus) and general symptom were evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS) and Allergic rhinitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(ARQLQ). Statistical analysis performed by SPSS 18.0 system software. Results:(Relative to the group C, the group A and group B had significantly increased the level of serum TSLP IL-13 and IgE before treatmen.(.After treatment,the levels of serum TSLP IL-13 and IgE,of group A and group B were significantly decreased (P<0.01).(Before treatment,there was no significant difference between group A and group B.④ After treatment for 4 weeks,there was no significant difference between the group A and group B in serum TSLP IL-13 and IgE.Conclusions:This study suggests that Xingbi nasal gel and rhinocort treatment AR have similar mechanism. Can reduce the expression of TSLP, IL-13 and IgE decreased to correct the imbalance of Thl/Th2, reduce the release of inflammatory mediators, and reduce the expression of I1-13 and IgE secretion. Wake up nasal gel by correcting the imbalance of TH1/TH2 may be one of the mechanisms in the treatment of AR. By TSS, VAS, AQLQ score can be found Xingbi nasal gel and Reynolds Scott can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with AR, and improve the quality of life. VAS score table tips Xingbi gelation in improving the subjective feelings of patients than budesonide, and children can not fully understand the score.
