| Purpose:through the gastric ultrasound contrast examination performe d to the patient, the position of tumor of primary lesion, the thickness o f gastric wall where tumor was developed and the tumorous blood stream signal of patients with gastric carcinoma can be decided, meanwhile, cou pled with the patients’ age, gender as well as neoplasms histologic type, depth of invasion and the measurement value of CEA and CA199 obtaine d from laboratory test, to discuss its correlation with gastric cancer lymph atic metatasis, in an effort to discover the relevant mechanism of gastric cancer lymphatic metatasis, so as to offer help for the early prediction an d preoperative assessment of gastric cancer lymphatic metatasis for the pat ients.Method:54 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma treated with surg ery in our hospital from Aug,2014 to May,2016 were collected, all of t hem were examined with oral ultrasonic contrast under the fasting conditi on before surgery, the features of 2-D ultrasonogram of primary lesion, C DFI and patients’ laboratory test were collected and systemized, coupled with surgical-pathological result, the method of single factor analysis and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used respectively to inspect t he correlation between the patients’ age, gender, the position of tumor of primary lesion, the thickness of gastric wall where tumor was developed and the tumorous blood stream signal, neoplasms histologic type, depth of invasion, measurement value of CEA and CA199 and gastric cancer 1 ymphatic metatasis.Result:Based on the single-factor analysis result, the thickness of gas tric wall where tumor was developed was clearly correlated with the lymp hatic metastasis (χ2=14.287, P<0.01); tumorous blood stream signal wa s clearly correlated with the lymphatic metastasis (χ2=35.354,P<0.01); t he gastric cancerous depth of invasion was clearly correlated with the lym phatic metastasis (χ2= 10.429, P<0.01); CEA was clearly correlated wit h the lymphatic metastasis (x2=18.900, P<0.01); CA199 was statisticall y significantly correlated with the lymphatic metastasis (χ2=9.450, P<0. 01). based on the multi-factor analysis, the thickness of gastric wall whe re tumor was developed, CEA and CA199 were not the risk factors of ga stric cancer lymphatic metastasi (P>0.05);tumorous blood stream signal,a nd depth of invasion were the risk factors of gastric cancer lymphatic me tastasis (P<0.05), they can be considered as meaningful indexes for clini cally predicting whether the gastric carcinoma metastasized or not. Conclusions:the gastric cancer had a high rate of metastasis, the thic kness of gastric wall where tumor was developedã€tumorous blood strea m signalã€the gastric cancerous depth of invasionã€CEAã€CA199 were clearly correlated with the lymphatic metastasis. based on the multi-factor analysis, tumorous blood stream signal, and depth of invasion were the risk factors of gastric cancer lymphatic metastasis, they can be considered as meaningful indexes for clinically predicting whether the gastric carcinoma metastasized or not. |
