Multivariate Analyysis Of Risk Factors For Renal Dysfunction In Patients With CHB,Using Adefovir Dipivoxil

Objective To explore the risk factors of CHB patients resulting in renal dysfunction,who were used adefovir dipivoxil.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 181 CHB patients of he first Affiliated Hosptital of Guanxi Medical University from October 2010 to April 2016.The following factors were evaluated:sex,age of onset,egfr of onset,a part of liver function onset(TBIL,DBIL,ALB,GLO,ALT:AST,GGT,ALP,TBA included),AgE,E antibody and core antibody.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to find the risk factors of renal dysfunction in these patients.Result 130 patients developed renal dysfunction during the study.The results of statistic showed that age、egfr of onset and term of using the drug were associated with the development of renal dysfunction.Conclusion Low value egfr of onset and old age and long term of using the drug would develop the CHB patients into renal dysfunction and worsen its prognosis.
