Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the visible light catalytic reaction has attracted great interest in organic synthesis industry, mild reaction conditions, easy to handle, unlimited use and environmentally friendly, and therefore has a high prospect. This article focuses on the promotion by the visible light olefins functionalized reaction research and some drug content, including a total of two parts:The first part of the synthesis of trifluoromethyl halogen compound. The conditions is the white LED, the catalyst Mes-Acr+, additives TFA, nitrogen atmosphere, the solvent DCE,at room temperature, the reaction conditions, the title compounds have moderate yields.The second part is the synthesis of G9a-HDAC inhibitor compounds. According to currently available drugs of G9 a and HDAC inhibitor, and access to relevant literature, we design and synthesis of a number of double-inhibiting compound based amino pyridine quinazoline and the drug SAHA.
