Objective: Using comparative proteomic study method to find out the thyroid papillary carcinoma differentially expressed protein RPL13. Preparation of lipid ultrasound microbubbles carrying RPL13 monoclonal antibodies, and to observe the binding of thyroid cancer cells, in order to achieve the target recognition of the experimental purpose. Methods:Using comparative proteomic method to find differences in thyroid cancer protein expression, use mechanical oscillation prepared lipid microbubbles,Construction of lipid vesicles with monoclonal antibody RPL13 by biotin affinity bridge,Light microscopy was used to observe the combination of targeted micro bubbles and papillary thyroid carcinoma cells. Compared with non targeted micro vesicles, the normal thyroid cells were compared. Results: The differential expression of protein RPL13 in thyroid papillary carcinoma was obtained, which was prepared to carry monoclonal antibody RPL13 to target ultrasound lipid vesicles, which could be closely combined with thyroid cancer cells. Conclusion:Using the protein RPL13, which is found by comparative proteomics can be successfully combined with the lipid ultrasound, and has the ability to combine with the thyroid papillary carcinoma cells.
