In conclusion, the procurement management supply chain environment in modern hospital management plays a large role.Medical supplies is one of the material conditions in medical diagnosis and treatment activities indispensable to improve the hospital management level, to get the best operating results, hospitals must strengthen the scientific management of medical supplies through effective management approaches and important tool. Our public institutions belonging to the hospital itself, the development of Purchasing Management Purchasing Management should be from the traditional inventory theory to supply chain coordination.F Hospital is the focus of local government investment in building a comprehensive hospital, technical level, quality of care, scientific research and other hospitals overall strength with rapid growth. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life, the number of hospital visits grows rapidly, and hospital services need to challenge higher requirements. In the new situation, a new severe problem is to how to solve urgent medical supplies to improve procurement management.In this paper, F hospital, set as an example, focusing on F medical consumables procurement management organization structure in question, inventory control, procurement processes, the level of information and so on. Based on the theoretical foundation of the supply chain management and purchasing management in the supply chain procurement management, we optimize the procurement of medical consumables management and solve practical problems in F hospital, in order to improve hospital management level and patient satisfaction, and also, provide a new vitality to hospitals core competencies.
