| Objective:The aim of the current study was to perform a clinical analysis of the efficacy, safety, stability and predictability of 2 mm micro-incision SMILE and phakic posterior chamber intraocular lens implantable collamer lens (ICL V4c), and the investigate the influence on postoperative aberrations.MethodsIn a prospective study of 34 eyes of 17 patients(10 eyes of 5 males and 24 eyes of 12 females) with an average spherical refractive error of (-9.45±3.42)D and a spherical equivalent(SE)of (-1.55±1.38) D, who had ICL V4c implantation.91 eyes of 48 patients(53 eyes of 28 males and 38 eyes of 20 females) with an average spherical refractive error of (-4.95±1.63) D and a spherical equivalent(SE)of (-0.60±0.64) D, who had SMILE (Small incision lenticule extraction). The following indicators were compared:preoperative and postoperative uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA), best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), validity and safety analysis of the ICL and SMILE surgeries, preoperative and 3 month postoperative wavefront aberrations. All patients were followed up for more than 3 months. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Results:ICL Patients spherical equivalent of (-9.45±3.42) D, cylinder was (-1.55±1.38) D, preoperative best corrected visual acuity of 0.4 to 1.0, uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) reached 1.0,3 months after the overall review of higher-order aberrations RMS, spherical aberration, coma there was a significant difference (P<0.05), higher-order aberrations RMS, compared with preoperative was no significant difference (P> 0.05). No significant complications during follow-up. SMILE patients with preoperative spherical equivalent of (-4.93±1.59) D, cylinder was (-0.61±0.64) D, preoperative best corrected visual acuity was 1.0, uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) is better after surgery. March to review the higher-order aberrations RMS, spherical aberration, coma there was a significant difference (P<0.05). No significant complications during follow-up. Comparison of preoperative and postoperative changes in the value of the March review, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between ICL and SMILE patients preoperative in higher-order aberrations RMS, coma and spherical aberration(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference (P<0.05) after surgery. The differences of preoperative and postoperative changes in the value of HOA, coma, spherical aberration was significant (P<0.05). The differences of preoperative and postoperative changes in the absolute value of coma, spherical aberration was significant (P<0.05), but HOAs(P> 0.05).Conclusion:SMILE and ICL V4c implantation are stable, safe, effective and well-predictive for myopia. The visual quality after ICL V4c was improved and better than SMILE in short-term. |
