| Objective: The theoretical study of the subject is researching hotspots of moxibustion and TRPV1 channels in the world to support the experimental study.The experimental studies research the effect of moxibustion on local blood perfusion of point, and investigate the effect of moxibustion on transient receptor potential vanilloid subtype-1(TRPV1)mRNA expression in rat thoracic aorta and mesenteric artery.Methods:Theory research:Download data from the CNKI and WOS database and use CiteSpace statistical data conversion and literature measurement analysis, find out the research hotspots of moxibustion and TRPV1 in the world.Animal experiment:part one:Sixty healthy SD rats were divided into experimental groups including A1 (moxibustion for 5 minutes),A2(moxibustion for 10 minutes),A3 (moxibustion for 15 minutes) and control groups including B1 (heating by probe for 5 minutes),B2(heating by probe for 10 minutes),B3 (heating by probe for 15 minutes).Then compared blood perfusion of point before and after the intervention for different time length by laser doppler flowmeter;part two:Observe the blood perfusion in the intervention for 1h and 30min after stopping heat by laser doppler flowmeter. Then compared blood perfusion of point Zusanli(ST36) and contralateral point Zusanli(ST36) before and after the intervention for different time length(5min,10min,15min) by laser doppler flowmeter;part three:Thirty female SD rats were randomly assigned into 3 groups,including group of scarring moxibustion(10 rats), group of mild moxibustion(10 rats) and blank control group(10 rats).Then observed the change of moxibustion on TXB2,e-NOS in serum and TRPV1 mRNA expression in rat thoracic aorta and mesenteric artery.Results:Theory research:1.From 2000 to 2016, using the most domestic researches on the mechanism of moxibustion of moxibustion for mild moxibustion, the biggest concern specific moxibustion for indirect moxibustion; Choose the most points for Zusanli(ST36), but also the most concern; Most studied diseases for hyperlipidemia, highest centricity is gouty arthritis; The most frequently mentioned moxibustion mechanism for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, most often involves the related factor of TNF-alpha;2.From 2000 to 2016, most used of the interference factors is capsaicin on TRPV1 in China,most involved of the neural mechanisms relate to the dorsal root ganglion, most involved of pathological status is pain, and factors related to the most frequently mentioned as calcitonin gene related peptide, most research on therapy is electric acupuncture;3.From 2000 to 2016, foreign moxibustion research involves the highest disease for the pain, the most commonly cited for nerve regeneration, the mechanism of the most used specifically for suspended moxibustion, choose the most points for the Zusanli(ST36); The hottest condition by the keyword centrality analysis, research is still the pain, but the mechanism is considered (nervous) section of the skin;4.From 2000 to 2016,TRPV1 research focuses on the pathological state of pain abroad, mainly related to the mechanism of pathways for sensory neurons and dorsal nerve, the mechanism of the main factors related to arachidonic ethanolamine, mainly used in the study of interference factors is capsaicin. Around 2001, a larger TRPV1 research progress, in study of mechanism path, dorsal root nerve, sensory neurons by attention to the rapid growth of the involved factors related to arachidonic ethanol amine, peptide for slow excitation, and interventions on the capsaicin receptor antagonist, use capsaicin, thermal stimulus at the same time also quickly became a hot spotln recent years the mechanical stimulation becomes the new research hotspot.Animal experiment:part one:The blood perfusion of local skin of Zusanli(ST36) in each group improved and the comparison result of different groups was 5min>15min>10min.The comparison result of peak of different groups was 15min>5min>10min. The time of peak appearing and the duration of effect were related with the length of time of intervention;part two:The blood perfusion of local skin of Zusanli(ST36) and contralateral Zusanli(ST36) improved and change in volatility,the blood perfusion of Zusanli(ST36) quantity is higher.After stop the thermaliy stimulating, the amount of blood perfusion of both sides is still higher than the baseline, the side down faster;part three:TXB2:Mild moxibustion>scar moxibustion>blank control group(P<0.05), e-NOS:mild moxibustion<scar moxibustion<blank control group(P<0.05). Compared with blank control group, the TRFV1 mRNA expression in thoracic aorta from mild moxibustion and scar moxibustion group and the TRPV1 mRNA expression in mesenteric artery from mild moxibustion group were reduced(P<0.05), the TRPV1 mRNA expression in mesenteric artery from scar moxibustion group was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The research on the effect of microcirculation of moxibustion and TRPV1 mechanism is not sufficient and needs more work.2.Moxibustion and thermal stimulation have effects on local blood perfusion and microcirculation status that relate with the length of time of intervention.Thermal stimulation is the main factor of taking effect by moxibustion; moxibustion has implications on serum and TRPV1 mRNA expression in rat thoracic aorta and mesenteric artery. |
