The Curative Effect Observation Of Jinqimoshen Decoction And Tripterygium Wilfordii In Treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinqimoshen Decoction and Tripterygium Wilfordii (TW) in treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy (IMN),compared with Cyclophosphamide (CTX) as the control group,exploring the means and mechanism of TCM in treating IMN。Methods The 40 cases of IMN chose from March 2014 to December 2015 that were diagnosed with IMN criteria,randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases),on the basis of Prednisone, ACEI/ARB, controlling blood pressure、lipid and so on,treatment group was applied with Jinqimoshen Decoction and TW,Cyclophosphamide was applied to control group,to observe the change of the 24h UTP、Scr、Alb、TC、TG、LDL-C、 WBC、ALT、AST and adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment。Results① In treatment group,2 (10%) patients completely remitted,14 (70%) patients partically remitted and 4 (20%) failed,the total clinical efficacy rate was 80%;while the control group were 4 (20%)、13 (65%)、3 (15%),the total clinical efficacy rate was 85%,the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups has no statiatical significance (P>0.05)。 ② The efficacy of TCM syndrome between the two groups were respectively 90%、60%,there has statistical significance (P<0.01)。③The 24 hours urine protein quantitation was decreased significantly in the third and sixth month in the two groups,but it has no statiatical significance between the two groups (P>0.05)。④Serum albumin of the two groups both improved significantly (p<0.01),also has statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05) ⑤ Scr was decreased in treatment group (p<0.05),while has no difference in control group (p>0.05).⑥ Blood lipids (TC、TG、LDL-C) all declined of the two groups (P<0.05),the TG of treatment group significantly improved(p<0.05)。⑦The total symptom score of the two groups both decreased,while significantly in treatment group (P<0.01);Compared with control group, symptom score of edema、lumbar acid and waist pain、anorexia、fatigue of the treatment group improved significantly (p<0.01),The curative effect was better than the control group,edema and fatigue of control group improved (p<0.05)。⑧Safety indicators (WBC ALT、AST)、overall adverse events of the two groups have no statistical difference after treatment (P>0.05)Conclusions Based on Western medicine treatment and TCM differentiation,treated with CTX can effectively reduce proteinuria,Jinqimoshen Decoction and TW have the equal efficacy of reducing proteinuria、protecting renal function,but the efficacy of improving TCM syndrome is better than control group,in addition,adverse reaction is less in treatment group。...
