Clinical Study On Different Nature Of PostherPetic Neuralgia By Acupuncture Treatment Of "Remove Blood Stasis And Righting"

Objective:Evaluation of "Remove blood stasis and Righting" acupuncture therapy of postherpetic neuralgia patients pain and quality of life improvement, and to explore the treatment differences to the different nature of pain PHN curative effect and time of.Methods:40 cases of PHN patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group,a control group,20 cases in each group, group A was set up for the treatment group, using the "Remove blood stasis and Righting" acupuncture therapy; group B as drug group, using oral gabapentin Western medicine. The treatment period was 3 weeks, and the curative effect was observed after first,2 and 3 weeks, respectively. Were observed before and after treatment in the three groups of patients with pain visual analogue scale (VAS), McGill pain score, arsons insomnia volume table (AIS) of the evaluation results, and with reference to the corresponding evaluation standards for the curative effects were evaluated.Results:1. The total effective rate of A group and B group were 95% and 85% respectively, and the curative effect of the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05), and the A group was better than the B group.2. Two groups of patients after treatment VAS score, AIS compared with significant difference (P<0.05),and the A group was better than the B group. The two groups of patients in the treatment of first weeks of VAS score decreased by comparison, P<0.01, there was a significant difference between the two groups, the A group in the first week of treatment to improve the degree of pain is better than the B group.3. Two groups of patients before and after treatment McGill score comparison, P<0.01, there were significant differences after treatment between the two groups, McGill score of two groups before and after treatment have difference comparison, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.Patients in group A were treated with sting, hot burning pain, tenderness, rebound tenderness, pain McGill score and B group, compared with a significant difference (P< 0.05). Patients in group B knife cutting pain, tearing pain McGill score and a group, compared with a significant difference (P< 0.05), that in group B on the knife pain, tearing pain was obviously better than that of group A.Conclusion:1. The Treatment of "Remove blood stasis and Righting " can effectively improve the level of pain and sleep quality of PHN patients, the more significantly better than the control group.2. The onset time, "Remove blood stasis and Righting " for the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia pain onset rate is obviously superior to the control group, the onset time is shorter.3." Remove blood stasis and Righting "which for tenderness, pain, hot burning, pain, jump pain improved significantly, the tenderness of improved significantly than that of the control group, oral gabapentin drug treatment on the knife pain, tearing pain improvement effect is better than that of "Remove blood stasis and Righting" therapy group.
