| Purpose:Through the observation of JianPiJieDu prescription combined with chemotherapy on patients with postoperative gastric cancer the quality of life,TCM syndrome integral,physical condition,the changes of tumor maker(CEA、CA199),and chemotherapy toxicity reaction,then give a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safty,and provide clinical data for the development of tradition Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative gastric cancer.Methods:40 postoperative gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:experimental group 20 cases, treating by JianPiJieDu prescription combined with "OXA+Xelox" at the same time from the first day,TCM 1 dose daily;the control group 20 cases,treating by only"OXA+Xelox".3weeks is a period,observe two cycles.Then record and compare the quality of life,TCM syndrome,tumor makers and safety of two groups.Results:Study on comparison of the two groups were observed before and after the quality of life and physical condition,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);about the TCM syndrome integral,the experimental group 7 casas were significantly effective,9 cases effective,2 cases steady,2 cases invalid,and the control group,0 casas were significantly effective,5 cases effective,5 cases steady,10 cases invalid,the test has statistical significance(P<0.05);in terms of security,after testing, the experimental group has obvious advantage in leukocytopenia and nausea and vomiting(P<0.05).About the tumor maker(CEA、 CA199), decreased hemoglobin and thrombocytopenia, and diarrhoea, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:JianPiJieDu prescription combined chemotherapy can improve the physical condition of the patients by treating gastric cancer,relieve some clinical symptoms,improve quality of life.Compared with control group, combination therapy can reduce the side-effect of chemotherapy about leukocytopenia and nausea and vomiting.But combination therapy shows no advantage in tumor maker(CEA、CA199), decreased hemoglobin and thrombocytopenia, liver dysfunction and diarrhoea.Our results suggest that TCM in patients with postoperative gastric cancer can be used with a variety of other therapy scheme, in order to improve the patients quality of life, but the observation test has many deficiencies, hope to further explore. |
