Therapeutic Effect Of GBE50 And Fasudil Hydrochloride On Post-stroke With Anxiety And Depression Disturbance

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of GBE50 and Fasudil Hydrochloride to treat post-stroke with anxiety and depression disturbance and the neurological impairment.Methods Sixty cases of post-stroke patients with anxiety and depression disturbance were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group. The effects were assessed by the National Institutes of health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Barthel Index(BI), HAMN score and HAMD score. The score were evaluated after 2 weeks and 4 weeks.Results: Comparison of treatment in the two groups in terms of age, gender,nationality, marriage, occupation, cultural degree, family conditions, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia history, smoking, drinking, nature of the lesion and neurological deficit scores, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment, the two groups of the HAMA/HAMD score, NIHSS score were lower than those before treatment. And the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the end of the second week(P<0.05).BI scores and clinical efficacy were increased than those before the treatment, and the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The electrocardiogram, blood, urine, liver and kidney functions of the two group were normal.Conclusion:The therapy of GBE50 combined with Fasudil Hydrochloride could improve the mood disorders on post-stroke patients, and no serious adverse reactions.
