Experimental group on the basis of anti-infection, postoperative convulsions, oral Taohong siwu decoction antithrombotic; The control group on the basis of anti-infection, spasm, static drop low molecular dextran anti-thrombosis. Observation indexes include:postoperative flap swelling, capillary filling reaction time, preoperative and postoperative blood test index 1,3,7 days (three blood coagulation, D-dimer, blood rheology, calcitonin original). All data this study adopts SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software, with P< 0.05, significant differences statistically significant.Results:1.Two groups of patients in gender, age, wound defect area and drug susceptibility results preoperative surface difference has no statistical significance (P> 0.05), comparable.2. Two groups of 1,3,7 days postoperatively PT and APTT, preoperative were significantly higher in postoperative days 1,3 FIB significantly lower compared with preoperative, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). APTT postoperative day 1, the test group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).3.1,3,7 days in the two groups of plasma D-dimer content showed a trend of gradual decline, but are higher than preoperative level, compare the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).4.1,3,7 days in the two groups of plasma viscosity and the preoperative blood cell aggregation index decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Postoperative day 1 red blood cells deposited similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05).5. Postoperative day 1,3 days group calcitonin original were significantly lower than preoperative, postoperative day 1 control group compared with preoperative lower difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Calcitonin postoperative day 3, the experimental group than control group obviously reduce the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).6.Two groups of patients with postoperative days 1,3.7 flap swelling degree difference has no statistical significance (P> 0.05).7.7 days postoperatively, the experimental group than control group in blood capillary filling reaction difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Retrograde sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap transfer in postoperative routine anti-infection, vasospasm, on the basis of oral Taohong siwu decoction can effectively prevent the happening of the vascular crisis, enhance the survival rate of flap.
